From September 22 to 26, Krakow became the center of the world of FlexSim simulation and technology, bringing together experts, practitioners, scientists, and enthusiasts from four continents during the InterMarium Simulation Conference 2025.
It was a record-breaking edition in terms of attendance and international reach.
We would like to thank all participants, speakers, partners, and teams who contributed to the InterMarium Simulation Conference 2025.
On September 25, the fourth edition of the InterMarium Simulation Conference took place, bringing together over 150 participants – the highest number in the history of the event.
The guests included representatives from North America, Africa, Asia, and Europe, creating a uniquely international atmosphere.
During seven hours of substantive presentations, we listened to nine inspiring speeches – from practitioners who shared their success stories to experts from Autodesk, including Pete Majewski, and FlexSim developers, who presented the direction of technology development within the Digital Factory environment.

Simulation Awards Gala 2025
At this year’s Simulation Awards Gala, we honored a person whose ideas have had a real impact on the development of the FlexSim community.
The Simulation Leader of the Year award went to František Šrajer, the creator of the FlexSim user meetings in the Czech Republic. It is thanks to his initiative that we were able to organize such an extensive International FlexSim Masterclass this year.
The evening was also an opportunity for unique moderated networking, attended by over 60 people. Participants talked in pairs as part of the Business Mixer, and the time of each conversation was measured by a special clock created… in FlexSim! The entire process was fully automated – you can see it in the photos below.

EXPO zone and new simulation experiences
The EXPO zone was open at the same time, where visitors could:
- test FlexSim in Virtual Reality,
- play our Business Simulation Games,
- see FlexSim integrated with the Astorino robot.
This allowed participants to not only hear about simulation, but also experience it firsthand.

International FlexSim Masterclass
The following day, September 26, saw the International FlexSim Masterclass – a unique meeting for advanced FlexSim users from around the world.
Over 70 participants exchanged best practices, presented their own solutions, and discussed models under the guidance of the InterMarium engineering team.
The session included 12 short presentations, followed by a Q&A with FlexSim developers – directly from users to creators.
Book September 24, 2026 in your calendar – this is the date of the fifth anniversary edition of the InterMarium Simulation Conference.
There will be even more presentations, inspiration, and opportunities to meet leaders in the world of simulation.
See you next year in Krakow!
