For most of the last 20 years, he has worked in the automotive industry as an employee in the areas of industrial engineering, Lean Six Sigma, logistics engineering, and management. For the last 7 years, he has been freelancing, returning to process engineering and focusing on optimizing applied processes. At SBT, he will talk about how the size of a model does not matter and even small models can change reality in industry.
Zdeněk Kadlec | Rohlik Group | Czechia
Graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the Czech Technical University in Prague, where he was first introduced to the simulation software FlexSim. After his studies, he spent four years at Alza.cz focusing on the simulation of warehouse operations and logistics processes. He is currently working at Rohlik.cz, where he is involved in the simulation and analysis of the AutoStore system to support optimization and future development of automated warehouse operations.
