Simulation Business Tour is a series of meetings organized by InterMarium, whose aim is to show how process simulation supports operational and strategic decision-making in manufacturing and logistics companies.

Unlike traditional conferences, events are held in an intimate setting, allowing for direct conversation with the team implementing simulation projects and detailed discussion of real-life examples of implementations.

During the meetings, participants will learn about:

• practical applications of process simulation in manufacturing, logistics, and warehousing,
• how to build and analyze simulation models in the FlexSim environment,
• examples of projects where simulation influenced specific business decisions,
• limitations and boundary conditions under which simulation brings real value.

The Simulation Business Tour is also an opportunity to assess whether and to what extent process simulation is justified in a given company, even before deciding on further steps.

Who is this event intended for?

The event is aimed at people who:

• are familiar with the concept of process simulation but do not use it in practice,
• are considering using simulation in their organizations,
• want to better understand how working with a simulation model looks like “from the inside,”
• are responsible for process optimization, planning, digitization, or operational improvement.

In particular to:

• production and logistics managers,
• process engineers and planners,
• Lean, continuous improvement, and process management teams,
• representatives of manufacturing and logistics companies, and technical universities.

All conferences within the Simulation Business Tour are organized or co-organized by InterMarium Sp. z o. o. Participation is open to individuals who have successfully registered using the application form below. Admission to the events is free for people professionally involved in logistics, production, process optimization, or continuous improvement. Other individuals are kindly requested to contact us.
